Initial Pricing Overview

Our Base Package $4,500

This covers all planning, coordination, and team readiness.

 

Includes:
• Planning & coordination prior to flight
• Half-day crew reservation
• Officiant & photographer time-hold
• Defined backup completion if flight cannot proceed

 

Fee structure:
• Reservation & Planning Fee - $2,500 (non-refundable)
Secures the date, reserves the team, and covers all planning, coordination, and readiness work that takes place regardless of flight outcome.

• Primary Outcome Fee - $2,000
Charged only if the helicopter is able to depart as scheduled.

Experience Details

This package is designed as a guided aerial elopement experience of up to two hours, including flight time and approximately 60 minutes at the landing location.

​

When the flight can proceed, the experience includes:
• An officiant-led ceremony at the landing destination
• Photography coverage at the departure port and landing location, documenting the ceremony and creating portraits

 

Time is held and coordinated as a continuous experience rather than a fixed, minute-by-minute service.

 

If the helicopter cannot depart

The experience will be completed with:
• Legal signing ceremony completed at the departure port or at The Ensora Ceremony Space, depending on operational timing
• 1-hour photo session
• Witnesses provided by our team (No additional charge)

Helicopter or Seaplane Flight (Booked Separately)

• Approx. $3,200
• Booked and paid directly with the flight company
• Subject to weather and safety decisions by the operator

The flight is not included in our package and is contracted directly between the couple and the flight operator.

Location-Based Travel & Commitment Fee (If Applicable)

This fee reflects travel time, on-the-ground commitment, and operational readiness based on location.

• The amount varies depending on location

• This fee becomes non-refundable once travel has commenced or once the flight decision window has begun, whichever occurs first

• For standard local departures (e.g. Pitt Meadows, Vancouver or Richmond), travel is already included in the Base Package
