Signature Celebration is designed for couples who want a more collaborative and personalized wedding ceremony experience while still remaining emotionally grounded and professionally guided.
At Vancity Officiant, we believe personalization is not simply about adding more words or customization. It is about creating a ceremony experience that genuinely reflects the relationship, emotional journey, and meaning behind the marriage itself.
Through storytelling, relationship-centered ceremony writing, ceremonial pacing, acknowledgment, and intentional ritual integration, Signature Celebration allows the ceremony to feel more layered, immersive, and deeply connected to the couple’s experience.
For many couples, Signature Celebration offers the opportunity to create a ceremony experience that feels emotionally rich and highly meaningful while still remaining structured, calm, and fully guided throughout the process.
Because each Signature Celebration ceremony involves a greater level of writing, collaboration, and preparation, availability is intentionally limited each year.

Ceremony Style
Signature Celebration is intentionally designed for couples who want a more layered and collaborative ceremony experience.
Rather than relying primarily on a guided ceremony structure alone, Signature Celebration allows more space for sharing the couple’s love story, personalized ceremony writing, emotional pacing, ceremonial symbolism, and relationship-centered reflections woven naturally throughout the ceremony itself.
This may include personalized reflections, relationship storytelling, intentional ritual moments, family acknowledgment, cultural elements, or other meaningful ceremonial experiences that help the ceremony feel deeply connected to the couple’s relationship and journey together.
Even with greater personalization and ceremonial depth, the experience remains professionally guided and emotionally grounded rather than overly performative or overwhelming.

Can we include rituals or symbolic ceremony elements?
Yes. Signature Celebration includes one pre-designed unity ritual, such as a Unity Plant Ritual, Tying the Knot Ritual, Ring Warming Moment™, or Water Blending Ritual. Additional multi-cultural, family, or personalized ceremonial rituals may also be incorporated upon request.
How far in advance should we book Signature Celebration?
Because Signature Celebration involves a greater level of ceremony writing, collaboration, and preparation, couples are encouraged to book as early as possible once they feel aligned with the ceremony direction. Availability for Signature Celebration is intentionally limited each year, and the package may not be available for weddings with very short preparation timelines.
Do we need to write our own vows?
Yes. We encourage couples to write their own vows, as it can become one of the most meaningful and personal moments within the ceremony itself. For couples who are unsure where to begin, guided vow support is included to help make the process feel more approachable and natural.
How involved should we expect to be in the planning process?
Signature Celebration is intentionally designed to be more collaborative and relationship-centered. Couples should expect a greater level of involvement in sharing their story, values, ceremony preferences, and meaningful experiences throughout the preparation process. This collaborative approach helps create a ceremony experience that feels more layered, emotionally connected, and deeply reflective of the relationship itself.
Do we receive the ceremony script beforehand?
Rather than treating the ceremony as a fully editable performance script, we hope couples can experience the ceremony more like a meaningful gift prepared for them. Our intention is for the ceremony to unfold naturally in the moment itself, allowing couples to fully experience the emotions, acknowledgment, and joy of hearing it together for the first time on the wedding day.
How are rehearsals scheduled?
Rehearsals are typically scheduled after the ceremony details and flow have been finalized, allowing the walkthrough to reflect the ceremony experience more accurately. Rehearsals are generally scheduled on weekdays and remain subject to availability. They may take place at your venue, The Ensora, or another agreed-upon location.

GST not included. Ceremony pricing includes travel within Vancouver (excluding Downtown Vancouver and UBC), Burnaby, Richmond, and within 15km of V3X. Additional travel and parking fees may apply outside these areas. Christmas and New Year holiday bookings are subject to an additional fee. Marriage licence fee is not included and must be applied for in person.
